   Yeah, the parody thing guy seemed kind of bitter.

   Talk about your narrowcasting, though – a youtube video mocking a vlog review of Alinea.

   Oh wow. How do I explain this in a nice way? I can assure you right now that this attention you’re getting is not the good kind.
   Achatz basically called you a rube. The video guy, a well-respected Chicago food writer and video blogger? Same thing.
   When Chef Achatz called your review entertaining, there was a whole lot of sarcasm in there. I cringed when you called his food molecular gastronomy, considering I know that Chef Achatz watched it. If you don’t see why this is cringe-inducing, then you really should reconsider doing more high-end restaurant reviews.
